The role involves providing strategic leadership as a legal operations professional to optimize contracting processes and enhance operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Assess and redesign end-to-end contracting processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and business reputed company
• Analyze workflow, performance, and resourcing data to identify optimization opportunities and define future-state delivery models

Skills

• Active bar admission in any US state
• Experience in legal operations, transformation and/or process improvement
