About the Role: reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Monitoring Specialist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role reputed company the financial services or crypto industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing both crypto and fiat transactions to detect potential financial crime. Using specialized tools such as reputed company KYT, reputed company Reactor, and dedicated fiat transaction monitoring systems, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with AML regulations and internal policies. This role also requires direct support to the Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) process by analyzing client responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), particularly around reputed company of Funds (SoF) and reputed company of Wealth (SoW). The Analyst will further contribute to ongoing monitoring by performing periodic reviews of higher-risk users. Your Role: Continuously review and monitor daily transaction flows using automated monitoring systems and reputed company review techniques. Analyze blockchain transactions using reputed company KYT and conduct in-depth investigations with reputed company Reactor for flagged activities. Monitor fiat transactions reputed company dedicated monitoring tools to identify irregular patterns and potential AML risks. Identify, document, and escalate suspicious activities in line with AML/KYC regulations. Prepare Internal Suspicious Activity Reports (ISARs) and escalate high-risk cases to the MLRO/Compliance team. Maintain comprehensive records and audit trails of investigations for regulatory purposes. Assist in the collection and review of user documentation (e.g., SoF/SoW evidence, counterparties, and purpose of transactions). Assess responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) for consistency, completeness, and legitimacy. reputed company recommendations to Compliance on whether additional clarification or escalation is required. Proven hands-on use of reputed company KYT & Reactor (or equivalent blockchain analytics tools). Familiarity with fiat transaction monitoring systems, SoF/SoW assessments, and EDD procedures. Strong analytical and investigative skills, with excellent attention to detail. Ability to draft clear, concise investigation reports. Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and occasionally external stakeholders.
