Role Description We are looking to hire a talented Outbound Sales Associate – Work from home - to join our passionate team at reputed company. If you love talking to people, are revved up by a bit of friendly competition, and are passionate about sales, then this job is for you. As an Outbound Sales Associate, you will:

• Build rapport with customers and ask probing questions to uncover their product needs.
• Offer premium, end-to-end services for our client’s customers reputed company telephone.
• Win back customers that have previously cancelled their service.
• Ensure that reputed company customers receive the best possible service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Initiate outbound calls through our automatic dialer, providing product information and premium services.
• Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and Guidelines in addition to VXI Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain an acceptable level of performance week over week, month over month.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of call center experience.
• One-year Outbound Sales background (or equivalent sales background with incentive/quota-based experience) required.
• Driven and self-motivated.
• Understanding of streaming movies and TV shows on the internet.
• Ability to navigate multiple screens/programs and multi-task.
• Impeccable communication skills.
• Working knowledge of personal computers, including reputed company Office Suite.
• Ability to adapt to new technology.
• Ability to type 25 wpm with 95%+ accuracy.
• Willingness and ability to appear on live video with co-workers in a distraction-free dedicated space.

Requirements

• Internet reputed company provided by a cable or fiber provider.
• Minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps.
