[Remote] Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities
- Acquire and maintain deep expertise across the full Case Management product suite and/or Fundraising Solutions. Apply your knowledge to design creative, custom solutions reputed company standard templates don't fit
- Conduct thorough discovery to understand client org structure, strategic goals, data needs, existing systems, and migration requirements

Skills
- 6+ years of professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or solution architecture

- Demonstrated ability to document requirements, design solutions, and estimate timelines and effort
- Problem-solving skills with technical agility, creativity, and comfort working in ambiguous situations
