Role Description The Freelance Recruiter role is a remote and 100% commission based position. The Freelance Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and reputed company high-quality candidates for reputed company reputed company positions submitting them to our AI-powered platform. They will be expected to maintain communication with their candidates throughout the hiring process, from direct headhunting to conducting reference checks. Responsibilities  reputed company and screen reputed company candidates by leveraging job boards, referrals, search engines, and other creative headhunting techniques  Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process; set expectations, reputed company thoughtful feedback, negotiate, and reputed company offers  Conduct screening calls with candidates, schedule interviews and conduct reference checks.
