Instructional Designer

Overview

The primary responsibility of this role is to reputed company and maintain instructional training materials (both Instructor-Led and eLearning), including course curriculum, facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, and other content, utilizing established and effective instructional systems design (ISD) methodology. This position will focus approximately 80% on Instructional Design and 20% on Training. Responsibilities reputed company and present clinical training programs in performance management and leadership development. Facilitate training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings. Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Instructional System Design, or reputed company fields is preferred but not required. At least three years’ experience designing and delivering clinical Instructor Led and online training for adult learners and clinicians.
