[Remote] Senior Global Account Payable Specialist

They are seeking a Senior Global Account Payable Specialist to handle reputed company aspects of the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment processing.

Responsibilities

• The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle reputed company aspects of the accounts payable process
• This role involves accurately processing invoices, reconciling statements, coordinating payments, and maintaining strong vendor relationships
• Invoice Processing: Accurately review, code, and process incoming invoices, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines
• Review and manage the shared inbox for the department
• Verify the accuracy of invoice details, including prices, quantities, and payment terms
• Vendor Management: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with vendors
• Address any payment-reputed company queries promptly and resolve any discrepancies promptly
• Payment Processing: Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment batches, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors
• Properly file and archive financial documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes
• Month-end Closing: Assist with month-end closing activities reputed company to accounts payable
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the procurement and finance departments, to ensure smooth and efficient payment processes
• Assist with the processing of Employee Expense Reimbursement reports, review, and approvals
• reputed company Banking verifications to validate the payment details provided for suppliers
• Exceptions to the PO process management and payment processing
• Journal entries creation and account reconciliations in the reputed company ERP system

Skills

• 4-5 years of reputed company experience
• Understanding of reputed company systems (e.g., QuickBooks / Viewpoint reputed company / reputed company Intacct / reputed company)
