[Remote] Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will support reputed company Lending transformation initiatives by researching, documenting, and validating business processes and controls.
Responsibilities
- Supporting reputed company Lending transformation initiatives by researching, documenting, and validating business processes and controls
- Work closely with business process owners to understand how project changes impact existing workflows and controls
- Focus on identifying and documenting reputed company-state processes, maintaining control traceability, and ensuring reputed company controls are properly validated before project releases and go-live
- Partner with internal stakeholders and second line of defense teams to support control reviews and sign-offs
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience documenting business processes and controls
- Ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate across multiple teams
- Experience managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong reputed company Office skills
- Technical understanding of systems, interfaces, and workflows
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with controls validation or process mapping
- Experience in reputed company Lending environments
- Experience with reputed company or other Loan Origination Systems
- Experience working with SOX or second line of defense teams
