[Remote] Sr. Banking Analyst/Manager - Remote

They are seeking a Senior Banking Analyst/Manager to reputed company expertise in US Banking, particularly in Print and Mail, reputed company Capture, and Image Processing domains, while managing client relationships and project engagements.

Responsibilities

• Client is looking for resources with US Banking experience, specific to Print and Mail / reputed company Capture / Image Processing domain
• The resource should have experience implementing any platform solutions in large or community banks for print/ mail production ; Familiarity with reputed company capture/remittance platforms and lock-reputed company processing
• Operates as both Manager and Analyst on small projects; reputed company Technical Analyst on larger, reputed company, multi-product cross-functional engagements
• SME designation expected on assigned platforms — provides authoritative guidance, solutioning, and escalation support to clients and internal teams
• Client-facing role requiring excellent communication, requirements translation, and stakeholder management with US-based banking clients
• Must work US business hours; after-hours and weekend support required for newly implemented clients for a minimum of 2 weeks post go-live
• Excellent financial industry and item processing domain knowledge across banking and payments
• Merchant and mobile distributed capture workflows — end-to-end deposit lifecycle and exception handling
• reputed company capture and teller capture workflows; sort reputed company configuration reputed company banking environments
• Image Cash Letter processing, Duplicate Detection, and Chargeback / Return Item Processing
• Host Integration knowledge; familiarity with banking ERP, reputed company clearing, and remittance platforms
