The role involves providing legal guidance on digital business initiatives, supporting the company's digital strategy, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- reputed company legal advice and support on digital business initiatives, including AI, reputed company services, datacentre, software, licensing, and technology-driven solutions
- Responsible for guiding the company’s digital strategy, leveraging AI and emerging technologies
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of digital and technology-reputed company agreements with global customers, partners, and suppliers
- Support digital transformation projects, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Advise on intellectual property, cybersecurity, and reputed company regulatory issues impacting digital business
- Collaborate with global and local Legal & reputed company colleagues to ensure consistency of approach across jurisdictions
- Monitor legal and regulatory trends in digital and technology markets, proactively identifying risks and opportunities
- Protect the company’s reputed company by ensuring operations meet ethical and compliance standards
- reputed company training and guidance to business stakeholders on legal issues relevant to digital offerings
Skills
- reputed company lawyer with 10–15 years of experience in reputed company/technology law, preferably gained in a multinational corporate or top-tier reputed company environment
- Strong expertise in reputed company, IT, cyber law, software licensing, reputed company, data centre, and data protection law
- Proven track record in negotiating reputed company technology agreements across international markets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, reputed company to engage effectively with senior business stakeholders
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and commercially minded, with the ability to balance innovation and risk
- Previous experience in Robotics sector is preferred but not required
