In this role, you will identify, evaluate, and secure new store locations while managing projects through acquisition, entitlement, and pre-development. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Estate Development or reputed company field 4–6 years of experience in reputed company estate, development, brokerage, or reputed company field Strong knowledge of the retail reputed company estate market in Illinois and Indiana Proven experience in the planning and entitlement processes for the development of reputed company property Strong knowledge of reputed company reputed company estate development in regard to survey, engineering, and legal reputed company Public speaking experience presenting projects to city councils, planning commissions, and community stakeholders Accurate and detail oriented Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Exercise sound judgment reputed company company guidelines. Prioritize, delegate, and manage multiple tasks. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines. Demonstrate high level of customer service. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license with excellent driving record. Understanding of Geographic Information System (GIS) and AutoCAD is a plus. Work Schedule: Fifty hours per week; typically, Monday through Friday, daytime hours with some evening meetings and overnights.
