Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing the State's eligibility and enrollment portal and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to reputed company tasks and duties for Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) customers

Essential Qualifications
