Telehealth Physical Therapist / Occupational Therapist (Remote)

Ceres PostAcute Care - Location Remote (Licensed in California) Setting Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Employment Type [Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN] Role Overview We are seeking innovative and tech-savvy Physical Therapists (PT) and Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our telehealth team. In this role, you will reputed company the gap between traditional in-person care and modern digital health by providing expert rehabilitative services to residents in our Skilled Nursing Facility. You will work closely with onsite rehabilitation technicians and nursing staff to ensure residents receive high-quality, evidence-based care from the comfort of their rooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Virtual Evaluations Conduct comprehensive remote assessments and evaluations to determine a reputed company's functional mobility, independence, and appropriateness for telehealth.

Qualifications
