Responsibilities
Will Include: Expertly translating intricate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Uncovering compelling narratives within the data and effectively communicating them to stakeholders at all levels. Developing and testing heuristics, models, and conducting data exploration and mining activities. Creating comprehensive business intelligence reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations that offer actionable recommendations supported by robust analytical models and data. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science, or management of information systems. 6+ years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in designing, developing, and testing data visualization solutions, particularly dashboards. Strong experience with Power BI reporting (4+ years). Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Power App and Power Automate is highly desirable. Working knowledge of statistics, programming, and predictive modeling. Preferred Qualifications: Extensive experience (6+ years) in designing, developing, and testing data visualization solutions, particularly dashboards. Excellent knowledge of DAX (Power BI) and hands-on experience with Power BI web service and Data Flows. Strong critical thinking and communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between data science and business management. Familiarity with programming languages like Python and SQL. Strong understanding of basic and advanced prediction models, data mining techniques, and exploratory analysis. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and a focus on data integrity. Responsibilities: Ensuring accuracy and integrity of all datasets through thorough exploration, validation, and correction. Collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and analysts to deliver high-quality analytics solutions. Developing visual analytics using Microsoft Power BI to support Customer Service and Experience teams. Identifying trends and outliers within data sets and presenting findings effectively. Creating user-friendly dashboards and reports with various features to meet stakeholder needs. Participating as a lead team member for special projects.
