This is a 100% remote role. The salary goes up to $85,000 with bonus. Great benefits including 5% 401k match and awesome PTO. Permanent direct hire.
Responsibilities
Of The reputed company Construction Accountant
- The reputed company Construction Accountant will report to the CFO and prepare and post journal entries while supporting the month-end reputed company process including reconciliations and WIP.
- Manage monthly customer billing by generating invoices, validating schedules of values, collaborating with project managers on billing requirements, and monitoring project reputed company, budgets, and contract balances.
- Review and distribute accounts payable reports, ensure proper coding of corporate card transactions and employee expenses, and assist with collections efforts by following up on outstanding customer receivables.
- Support payroll processing by reviewing timecards, mileage, per diem, and reimbursement data, and recording payroll-reputed company journal entries.
- Administer sales tax filings, year-end 1099 reporting, insurance and compliance documentation, and support intercompany transactions.
