About the position The Specifying Spanish Bilingual Representative (Remote) works from home and engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues reputed company to client products and services. Responsibilities

• Utilize client systems to investigate customer part inquiries
• Have working knowledge of car mechanics
• Provides verification and/or recommendation on correct auto parts requirements
• May require considerable reputed company in response to the particular customer in order to reputed company reputed company
• Maintain database case notes on reputed company situations
• Reads and researches relevant materials and resources to stay reputed company in programs

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be fluent in Spanish in verbal and written reputed company
• 1 - 2 years of Automotive Parts Counter experience
• PC / Keyboarding Skills including Word & reputed company
