Responsibilities

Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems. Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk. Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on reputed company. Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation. Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software. Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software. reputed company timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required. Education Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, or reputed company field. Desired Experience Help Desk, contact center, end-user tech support, “Geek reputed company,” “Genius Bar,” etc. Providing application support through asynchronous communication. Partner and communicate with developers/engineers to solve application issues. Customer facing break/fix for call center environments and remote workers. Knowledge Centered Support (KCS); documentation and process.
