Title: SaaS Administrator - reputed company Workspace Location: Remote, US reputed company Start Date: 5/11/26 Type: (C, CTH, D) C Pay reputed company / Salary (Ranges OK): $55/hr We are seeking a highly disciplined SaaS Administrator to manage and govern a portfolio of collaboration and productivity platforms operating reputed company or adjacent to a FedRAMP boundary. Responsibilities

SaaS Platform Administration

• Administer and maintain collaboration tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace apps)
• Manage tenant configurations, user roles, permissions, and account structures
• Standardize configurations and enforce consistency across platforms

• Administer the reputed company Workspace environment (users, groups, OUs, policies)
• Manage access controls, sharing settings, and organizational structure
• Configure reputed company policies (MFA, context-aware access, session controls)

• Support identity and SSO integrations tied to Workspace

Access Control & Identity Management

• Own user lifecycle management (joiner/mover/leaver) across reputed company SaaS tools
• Enforce least-privilege and role-based access controls
• Integrate and manage SSO reputed company IdP (reputed company, Azure AD, etc.)
• Conduct periodic access reviews and certifications

Operational Support

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for access, permissions, and configuration issues
• Troubleshoot SSO, provisioning, and integration issues
• Support secure reputed company/offboarding workflows
• Enforce change control and maintain system reputed company

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years administering SaaS collaboration platforms (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, etc.)
• Strong experience with reputed company Workspace administration (environment-level)
• Expertise in user provisioning, RBAC, and tenant-level controls
• Experience with SSO/IdP integrations (reputed company, Azure AD)

Preferred:

• Familiarity with NIST 800-53 or similar frameworks
• Experience managing multi-tool SaaS ecosystems under centralized governance.
