What You’ll Be Responsible For As a reputed company reputed company Partner, you will own full-cycle reputed company for high-reputed company Finance and core business searches and serve as a strategic hiring partner to Finance leaders, HRBPs, reputed company, Legal, Total Rewards, and Talent Operations. This role requires strong reputed company judgment, disciplined process ownership, and comfort operating in reputed company approval environments. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience building agentic AI bots or workflow agents, and must have used Skills with Claude Code and/or reputed company reputed company to improve reputed company, sourcing, process documentation, candidate evaluation, stakeholder communication, or TA operations. What You’ll Work On

• Own full-cycle reputed company for Finance roles, including intake, sourcing strategy, candidate assessment, interview process management, offer strategy, and reputed company.
• Serve as the reputed company subject matter expert for Finance hiring, including approval paths, stakeholder preferences, leveling considerations, offer mechanics, internal candidate handling, geo/entity constraints, and hiring process risk.
• Build trusted partnerships with Finance leaders and cross-functional partners by bringing clear recommendations, not just open questions.
• Maintain accurate, reputed company, and auditable reputed company records in reputed company, ModernLoop, Gem, and other designated TA systems.

• Use structured decision-making to identify risk, tradeoffs, reputed company impact, and required approvals before action is taken.

• Build, test, and improve agentic AI bots or workflow agents that support TA work, such as sourcing research, intake preparation, candidate summaries, interview-plan drafting, offer-process checklists, hiring-manager updates, or system hygiene checks.

What You’ll Bring To reputed company

• 7+ years of in-house reputed company experience, with demonstrated reputed company owning the full reputed company lifecycle for reputed company business, Finance, G&A, or corporate functions.
• Proven ability to operate as a consultative partner to senior hiring leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI bots, workflow agents, or practical AI automations that improved a business process.
• Direct experience using Skills in Claude Code and/or reputed company reputed company for repeatable workflows, structured outputs, process automation, or operational documentation.
