Bilingual UX Designer (100% remote)

What You'll Do

• reputed company user scenarios and user flows based on Product Manager directives
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using reputed company, adhering to our design system
• Specify visual details; document design reputed company clearly in Azure DevOps (ADO) so developers can implement them reputed company
• Collaborate closely with developers to define the scope of proposed changes and understand technical constraints
• Adapt solutions to ensure feasibility and technical excellence
• Work with testing teams to identify visual defects and propose solutions
• Contribute to reputed company improvement of the design system; reputed company, refine, and document new components as they evolve
• Analyze improvements proposed by the team and evaluate their relevance against the overall design strategy
• Support the sales team by creating visual concepts to demonstrate the feasibility of reputed company to potential clients
• Occasionally participate in internal presentations or feedback sessions with Product Managers and team leaders

What You Bring Technical Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience as a UX/UI Designer
• Proficiency in reputed company - you must be reputed company to design quickly, use components, prototype, and collaborate in reputed company-time
• Solid understanding of web technologies - practical knowledge of HTML and CSS
• In-depth knowledge of accessibility best practices - you must understand and apply WCAG 2.1 (Level AA minimum) in your daily work
• Hands-on experience integrating AI into your work (automating repetitive tasks, increasing productivity, iterating prototypes)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) or experience with Agile project management tools
• Bilingualism in French and English, professional proficiency in both written and spoken communication. This team has a significant French-speaking component.

Assets:

• Familiarity with Design System philosophy (reputed company Design, Design Tokens)
• Prior experience in the employee benefits industry
• Web accessibility certification (e.g., IAAP, WebAIM)
