Role Overview The Fund Accountant is responsible for executing core fund reputed company workflows accurately and consistently across a defined set of venture funds. This role is ideal for someone who values precision, structure, and ownership — and wants to build deep expertise in how venture capital funds operate at scale. What You'll Own
- Execute day-to-day fund reputed company tasks, including transaction booking, allocations, and capital activity
- Maintain accurate general ledger records across assigned funds
- Prepare periodic financial statements and supporting schedules
- Support capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting processes
- Assist with audit and tax preparation through clean, well-organized workpapers
- Follow documented processes and controls consistently
- Surface questions or discrepancies promptly to senior team members
What You Bring
- Core Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in fund reputed company, reputed company, or fund administration
- Familiarity with venture capital or private equity fund structures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage recurring deadlines across multiple funds
- Clear written communication and reliable follow-through
