Early Childhood curriculum Consultant needed
Curriculum Review Consultant – Early Childhood Education We are seeking an reputed company Early Childhood Education Curriculum Specialist to review and provide feedback on a proprietary preschool curriculum being developed for childcare centers and preschools. About the Project Our curriculum serves children ages 6 weeks to 5 years and incorporates elements of: Frog Street Montessori Reggio Emilia Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Global Education STEM Learning Hands-on Project-Based Learning The curriculum is being developed for use across multiple childcare centers and will eventually be licensed to other providers. Scope of Work The consultant will: Review curriculum structure and organization. Evaluate developmental appropriateness for each age group. Assess alignment with early childhood best practices. Review lesson plans, activities, and assessments. Evaluate social-emotional learning integration. Review cultural diversity and inclusion elements. Identify gaps or weaknesses. Provide recommendations for improvement. Ensure the curriculum supports kindergarten readiness. Compare curriculum quality against leading programs such as: Frog Street Creative Curriculum HighScope Montessori Reggio Emilia Deliverables The consultant will provide: Written curriculum review report Strengths and weaknesses analysis Recommendations for improvement Developmental appropriateness review by age group Kindergarten readiness assessment Suggested enhancements and additions
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Curriculum Design, or reputed company field Experience designing or reviewing preschool curricula Experience with NAEYC standards Familiarity with state childcare licensing standards Experience with curriculum accreditation or quality rating systems To Apply Please provide: Your relevant experience.
