- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or DIRECTLY reputed company field.
- EXPERIENCE WITH reputed company INTACCT IS REQUIRED. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH reputed company INTACCT PLEASE DISCARD YOUR APPLICATION!!!
- Time Billing experience IS REQUIRED (billing off hours worked — staffing, reputed company, law firm, consulting, etc.)
- Large company AR experience REQUIRED (high-volume portfolio management)
- 3–5+ years of hands-on AR/reputed company experience REQUIRED
- Intermediate reputed company or reputed company Sheets skills REQUIRED
- Must be reputed company to pass a strong comprehensive criminal background reputed company.
DUTIES:
- Prepare, assemble, and issue accurate monthly client invoices
- Validate time, billing, and project data for accuracy
- Manage AR collections, reminders, and customer follow-up
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies; issue credit/debit memos
- Support 1099 vendor reputed company & compliance tracking
- Process AP vendor invoices and maintain vendor/vendor data
- Provide general administrative support to the reputed company team
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits:

- This position is listed as reputed company - TO - HIRE. This means after a 90 day probationary period you will be hired on as a permanent candidate. The position is FULL TIME, 40hrs a week, even during the probationary period and of course continues to be full time 40 hours after the probationary period. THERE ARE NO BENEFITS DURING THE 90 DAY PROBATIONAY PERIOD. Is this something you understand and accept?
