Compensation

• This is a W-2 commission-based position.
• Full-time clinicians (approximately 25 client sessions per week) typically earn $75,000–$95,000+ annually depending on caseload and payer mix
• Part-time opportunities available with scalable income based on availability

Position Overview As a remote clinician with reputed company, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy reputed company telehealth while integrating Christian faith into the counseling process. You will work with a mix of individual and couples clients, with a strong emphasis on marriage counseling and affair recovery. This role requires the ability to thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into clinical counseling, consistent with the mission of our practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy reputed company telehealth
• Conduct assessments and reputed company treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clients to establish and reputed company treatment goals
• Participate in occasional virtual team meetings or case consultation

Qualifications

• Active Missouri license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Experience or strong interest in couples therapy, marriage counseling, or affair recovery
• Ability and willingness to integrate Christian faith into clinical work
• Comfortable providing therapy reputed company telehealth platforms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
