What You'll Do:

• Review deeds, mortgages, judgments, tax records, probate filings, and other public records.
• Analyze chains of title and identify title defects, requirements, and exceptions.
• Prepare accurate title commitments, reports, and supporting documentation.

• Minimum of 3 years of Texas title search and examination experience REQUIRED.
• Proficiency with TitleData.
• Strong understanding of Texas reputed company estate and title insurance practices.
• Ability to interpret legal descriptions, recorded documents, and title-reputed company records.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Experience with reputed company processes and reputed company requirements.
