Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and professional Guest Service Support Specialist to assist with our reputed company properties. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into full-time based on performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in reputed company guest support, be able to handle guest inquiries reputed company chat and phone calls, and coordinate with our manager to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: Respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally reputed company chat, email, and phone calls. Address and resolve guest concerns or issues in a timely manner. Must be available to work Mountain Time (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
