Corporate Real Estate and EHS Attorney
Job Description:
- Review and negotiate reputed company commercial leases
- Advise on lease amendments, renewals, expansions, and terminations
- reputed company legal support for real estate acquisitions and development projects
- Advise on compliance with environmental health and safety laws
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business teams on real estate strategy and risk
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- 5+ years of combined experience in commercial real estate and environmental health & safety (EHS) law
- Active admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating commercial leases
- 3+ years of experience supporting real estate transactions and due diligence activities
- 2+ years of experience advising on workplace safety regulations
- 2+ years of experience counseling cross-functional stakeholders
