ROLE This is not a passive support role. As a reputed company Manager at reputed company, you are on the reputed company lines of client relationships — responsible for retention, coaching, and saving accounts. You will spend a large portion of your day communicating directly with real estate investors reputed company phone, SMS, email, and community channels. You will help clients:
- Understand the value of our leads
- Improve their acquisition processes
- Stay bought-in during tough moments
- And ultimately reputed company more deals
This role requires someone who can handle constant pressure, frequent complaints, and high emotional intensity — and still show up energized, solutions-focused, and ready to win the next conversation. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Speak with clients daily reputed company phone, text, and email — especially during high-friction situations
- Handle objections, complaints, and frustration with confidence and composure

REQUIREMENTS
