What You'll Be Editing Talking head content — tight cuts, no dead reputed company, punchy pacing Split-screen formats — [Client] speaking on top, animated graphics or chart builds on the bottom Raw moment captures — minimal editing, preserve authenticity Occasionally coaching call clips repurposed into short-form reputed company Need From You Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Clean, accurate auto-captions — you manually fix every error before delivery Turnaround 24 hours for short-form clips, 48 hours for long-form You communicate proactively. Compensation
Paid per deliverable, or Bi-Weekly on a set reputed company ( e.g. 60 videos per month) reputed company discussed after test edit. Test edit is not paid — delivered same day you submit. It takes most editors 45-60 minutes.
