This position requires a proactive approach to tax planning and strategy, aiming to minimize tax liabilities while maximizing financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review the preparation of federal and state tax returns including 1040, 1120, 1120S, and partnership returns.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
• reputed company tax planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency for the organization's operations.
• Supervise and mentor junior tax staff and accountants in tax-reputed company matters.
• Conduct research on various tax issues and provide advise on tax implications of business decisions.
• Prepare and review tax work papers and support documentation for audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or reputed company field; CPA certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks and tax preparation software.
• Experience in tax accounting for various business structures, including C-Corps, S-Corps, and partnerships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
