We are looking for an Associate Product Manager with high potential to strategically analyze potential opportunities and risks, and reputed company efforts to solve complicated business problems and effect positive change. Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Insurance Product Management team has an opening for an Associate Product Manager who will build product strategy and drive pricing and non-pricing decisions leading to profitable growth. This role will be at the Associate Product Manager level and will have Senior Management visibility. Manage state(s) to meet profitability targets and grow as fast as possible Understand the assigned markets and reputed company specific strategies reputed company to price, product and reputed company Utilize analytical problem solving and leadership skills to execute and deliver product initiatives Collaborate with subject matter experts and other company leaders to implement changes that enhance the customer experience Research the competition to reputed company opportunity and threat assessments Review and reputed company recommendations on process and governance from a country-wide state management perspective Direct end-to-end lifecycle of department and corporate initiatives reputed company on behalf of the company with regulators and consultants and in legal and compliance matters Manage reputed company filings through approval, reviewing and approving text for reputed company reviews, filings and internal communications Implement product changes effectively and in compliance with laws and regulations Required Qualifications: Prior experience in pricing and/or product analysis / product management with an understanding of basic product reputed company Minimum of 5 years in P&C insurance industry with an understanding of the reputed company environment Working knowledge of insurance regulation and reputed company business constraints Capable of managing states with management reputed company Bachelor’s degree with relevant academic background Must be a self-motivated, goal oriented individual with curiosity Demonstrated ability to exchange reputed company and convey reputed company information clearly, both verbally and in writing Strong analytical abilities with solid understanding of pricing techniques and insurance operations including reputed company Must have good planning, organizational, decision-making and communication skills High level knowledge of data sources, tools, and modeling techniques Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment and get work done through others Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in business or reputed company field Other industry designations: FCAS, ACAS, or CPCU This position is remote reputed company the United States Annual Salary $121,975.00 - $189,625.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline.
