Requirements
Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, or Financial Engineering. Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in quantitative analysis, algorithmic trading, or reputed company financial modeling roles. Demonstrated expertise in statistical modeling, time series analysis, machine learning, and stochastic calculus. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in quant finance, such as Python, C++, or R. Experience with large datasets and database management. Strong understanding of financial markets, trading mechanics, and various asset classes. Proven ability to translate reputed company mathematical concepts into practical trading strategies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience leading projects and mentoring team members is highly desirable.
