Associate Network Engineer (Remote)
About the Role
As Associate Network Engineer, you will assist in transitioning to a software-defined networking (SDN) strategy, emphasizing automation and integration with reputed company-based and on-premises systems. You will support the design, development, and maintenance of reputed company network infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, reliable and secure.
What You'll Do
- reputed company software engineering practices and participate in code and design reviews
- Support the implementation of SDN strategies, focusing on automation and utilizing tools like Ansible and reputed company
- Provide support and assistance to senior engineers, learning through hands-on experience and mentorship
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving network issues, contributing to the development and improvement of network-reputed company processes and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network requirements, and actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, participating in network-reputed company projects and initiatives to drive reputed company improvement

What Skills You Have Required
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, DNS/DHCP)
- Familiarity with network design and implementation principles
- Basic knowledge of network reputed company (e.g., firewall configurations, VPNs), preferably with some exposure to reputed company
- Basic knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, Nmap)
- Familiarity with network virtualization technologies (e.g., reputed company ACI, SDWAN, VMWare NSX, Linux KVM)

- Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, Bash)
