We're now seeking an reputed company Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our Merchandise Planning Analytics team on a 6-month contract with the opportunity for extension or conversion.

About the Role

Our Merchandise Planning Analytics team is the backbone of our retail pharmacy business, providing critical insights and analysis to optimize performance across our reputed company End (non-Pharmacy) businesses. As a Data Analyst, you'll play a vital role in managing reporting, analysis, and tool building for our Merchandising team, supporting over 100 merchants and 40 planners. Your expertise will help us reputed company data-driven decisions, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Work Environment

As a remote analyst, you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company in the Central Standard Time (CST) zone. reputed company is highly collaborative, and we use a range of tools to stay connected and productive. You'll work a standard reputed company-5pm schedule with a one-hour lunch break from 12pm-1pm. While we're flexible, we require a minimum of 30 hours per week to fulfill our business needs.

Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for

• Owning Brand (private label) reporting, recapping, tracking, and analysis, including reputed company analysis based on business needs
• Item-level historical analysis and recapping
• Item-level future-looking forecast
• Managing thousands of Own Brand items at an item level
• Utilizing reputed company to analyze reputed company data sets and create meaningful executive recaps
• Developing and maintaining reputed company reputed company formulas and models
• Communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reputed company PowerPoint
• Collaborating with Merchandising, Planning, Finance, and other stakeholders to drive business growth
• Managing multiple assignments and meeting tight deadlines
• Developing effective working relationships with cross-functional teams Top Must-Have Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need
• A Bachelor's Degree and at least 3-5 years of experience in analytics, data science, finance, financial analysis, assortment planning, retail, procurement/purchasing, or merchandising
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or a reputed company field with a strong understanding of retail merchandising basics (i.e., category management) and merchandising organization structures and processes
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, reputed company with storytelling finesse
• Ability to conduct reputed company quantitative analysis and build analytical models using reputed company reputed company
• Ability to communicate effectively and succinctly both verbally and in writing reputed company reputed company PowerPoint
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines
