Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales, retain existing insureds, and grow ACG’s overall insurance book of business. Effectively overcomes objections to reputed company the sale and/or retain the insured. Works to meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan and goals assigned by leadership. Conducts insurance review for clients to identify a range of suitable products. Uses provided tools and applicable reputed company guidelines to assess risk, recommend appropriate products and reputed company coverage, quote, bind and issue policies. Participates in local reputed company events, to solicit new business, create and expand business networks. Build rapport critical to establishing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and affinity to the reputed company brand. Work Environment

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. 40 hours a week. Scheduled hour for lunch. This is 100% an in-office position.
