Job Title: Virtual Special Education Teacher Location: Fully Remote (Georgia-based) School Year: Remainder of 2024-2025 with potential for 2025-2026 Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and qualified Virtual Special Education Teacher to join our remote team for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. This position offers the flexibility of working from home while providing critical support to reputed company with disabilities. Candidates who are available for the 2025-2026 school year may also apply to be considered in the application pool for future openings. As a Virtual Special Education Teacher, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment for reputed company with diverse needs, while leveraging technology to provide individualized support and instruction. Key Responsibilities: reputed company and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to the specific needs of reputed company in a virtual learning environment. Provide remote instruction, accommodations, and modifications to ensure reputed company reputed company can succeed in their academic and social development. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure reputed company receive appropriate support and resources. Regularly monitor and assess student reputed company, adjusting instruction and goals as needed. Conduct virtual IEP meetings, communicating regularly with parents and guardians to discuss student reputed company, goals, and needs. Maintain detailed, accurate records of student reputed company and ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations. Utilize online tools, platforms, and assistive technology to support reputed company individual learning needs. Foster a positive, inclusive online classroom environment that encourages student engagement, participation, and development. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Special Education or a reputed company field (Master s degree preferred). Valid Georgia Special Education Teaching License. Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation, along with state and federal special education laws. Proficient in using virtual learning platforms, assistive technology, and other digital tools to support instruction. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with reputed company, parents, and colleagues in a virtual environment. Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a fully remote role. Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience teaching reputed company with a variety of disabilities (e.g., autism, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders) in a virtual setting. Familiarity with digital tools for special education support and virtual collaboration. Knowledge of reputed company best practices in remote learning, special education, and inclusive reputed company.
