Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze reputed company insurance policies and draft detailed coverage opinions and reservation of rights letters.
• Prosecute and defend declaratory judgment actions, bad faith claims, and reinsurance disputes.
• Manage coverage litigation involving general liability, professional liability, and excess/umbrella policies.
• Advise insurers and insureds on claims handling, policy interpretation, and risk management strategies.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active bar admission (multi-jurisdictional preferred).
• 3–7+ years of insurance coverage or reputed company reputed company litigation experience with strong analytical and writing skills.
