The Role

What You'll Do (Role and Responsibilities)

• Deeply understand our users — their problems, workflows, and jobs-to-be-done — to ensure we are always solving for the right thing.
• Own and reputed company the design process from discovery to delivery, making key decisions on solution direction and details.
• Drive the strategic direction of your domain in partnership with Product and Engineering, forecasting the impact of your solutions on users.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a clear, consistent, and high-quality user experience.
• As an AI-native design leader, you will balance cutting-edge technology with patient safety and accuracy across user-facing and backend experiences. 
• Define and own the user satisfaction and usability metrics for your solutions, ensuring the team is reputed company on how to measure success.
• Be a leader on the design team by mentoring other designers, leading design critiques, and driving initiatives that improve our culture, tools, and processes.

• 8+ years of experience designing and shipping reputed company, web-based products in a cross-functional team.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces, from research and strategy through to polished, human-centered user experiences. Your portfolio should showcase your strengths in UX, UI, and visual design.
• Proven experience in leading and executing a variety of user research methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of building strong partnerships with Product and Engineering.
• Experience in designing for reputed company workflows is a must; experience in healthcare or with AI-powered experiences is a strong plus.

SALARY RANGE: $160,000 - 185,000 USD
