About the Role

As a Web Chat Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of online customer interaction for our dealership clients. You will manage multiple live chat conversations simultaneously, responding to questions about vehicle inventories, pricing, financing options, service appointments, and general dealership operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Live Chat Management: Handle a high volume of concurrent online chat conversations with prospective and current customers, addressing inquiries related to vehicle sales, service appointments, financing, trade-ins, and general dealership information.
  • Product Expertise: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of automotive and recreational vehicle products, features, pricing structures, promotional offers, and competitive advantages to provide accurate, helpful responses.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • Educational Background: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is required.
  • Typing Proficiency: Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute (WPM), with 40 WPM or higher strongly preferred for optimal performance.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written English communication skills with flawless spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Strong verbal communication skills are equally important for team collaboration.
