Join arenaflex: Where Your Career Takes Flight and Your Curiosity Finds Its Destination

Imagine beginning each day knowing that your work directly influences how millions of people connect with the world. At arenaflex, we believe careers should be more than just a paycheck — they should be a journey of growth, exploration, and meaningful impact. As a global leader in aviation and corporate affairs, arenaflex invites you to step into a role that blends customer service expertise, travel industry knowledge, and corporate communications into one exciting, fast-paced career opportunity.

This position sits within our Corporate Affairs Team in the Government Affairs Division, offering a unique chance to support both internal and external stakeholders while developing specialized expertise in airline operations, ticket management, and customer engagement. Whether you're assisting a business traveler heading to an international summit or guiding a family navigating a complicated itinerary change, your contributions will shape the experience of every customer who interacts with arenaflex.

What You’ll Do: A Day in the Life

As a Specialist in Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service, you'll wear many hats. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting and selling air travel, crafting accurate itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing tickets. You'll serve as a frontline ambassador for arenaflex, providing information, resolving conflicts, and ensuring every customer interaction ends in mutual satisfaction.

  • Promote and sell air travel on behalf of arenaflex by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored travel solutions.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries for passengers, ensuring accuracy in routes, layovers, and timing.
  • Compute fares, including complex pricing scenarios, and process refunds in accordance with arenaflex policies.
  • Issue tickets with precision, using proprietary systems such as Native SABRE.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding general travel information, including baggage policies, travel restrictions, and loyalty programs.
  • Resolve customer complaints by researching passenger concerns and proposing mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Communicate proactively with passengers about cancelled or delayed flights, offering rebooking options and updates.
  • Disseminate new rules, policies, and procedures that may affect travelers, ensuring they remain informed and prepared.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across the Corporate Affairs and Government Affairs Divisions to address escalated issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions for quality assurance and compliance purposes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in customer service, call center operations, or travel industry roles preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume customer interactions with professionalism and poise.

  • Formal training in airline operations, ticketing systems, or travel coordination.
  • Experience working in a corporate or government-affiliated environment.

  • Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
  • Leadership Potential: Demonstrated leadership qualities, whether through formal management experience or informal team influence.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Native SABRE or similar airline reservation systems is highly desirable.
  • Problem-Solving Creativity: Ability to think on your feet, craft creative solutions, and resolve issues in real time.
  • Initiative and Judgment: A self-starter mentality with sound judgment and the ability to work independently.
  • Dependability: Consistent, reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating change, whether it’s new policies, evolving customer needs, or shifting market conditions.
