Position Overview – Your Role in the Mental Health Front Door

The Overnight Worklife Customer Support Associate – Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a critical member of arenaflex’s 24‑hour mental health chat center. You will be the first point of contact for members seeking support for mental‑wellness, behavioral health, and related services. By blending human empathy with AI‑driven chat automation, you will guide members through a seamless experience, ensuring they receive the right resources, referrals, and follow‑up care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound chat messages, adhering to approved greeting timeframes and maintaining a warm, professional tone.
  • Interpret members’ written inquiries, identify the purpose of each chat, and provide accurate information about arenaflex’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.
  • Conduct thorough research in internal databases and external resources to locate appropriate mental‑health providers, crisis hotlines, and support tools.
  • Document all member interactions in the EAP system with meticulous detail, ensuring compliance with risk‑management and regulatory standards.
  • Recognize and triage crisis situations, escalating to senior staff or emergency services when necessary to protect member safety.

You will need a reliable broadband or fiber internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload) with a wired Ethernet setup to guarantee consistent performance.
