[Remote] Senior Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Randstad Digital Americas is a leading organization in the pet insurance, pet health, and pet services industry, seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team. This role will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across technical and leadership positions while helping shape and execute talent acquisition strategies that support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and align on hiring requirements
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for technical, professional, and leadership roles
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience through consistent communication and engagement
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and recruiting processes
• Drive consistency and continuous improvement across talent acquisition programs and processes
• Share recruiting metrics, progress updates, and market insights with stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and confidential records within HR and talent acquisition systems
• Mentor recruiters and other HR team members while serving as a trusted talent acquisition resource
• Act as a brand ambassador and culture champion throughout the hiring process

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of recruiting experience
• 2+ years of executive recruiting experience
• 1+ year of experience using Workday ATS
• Sourcing expertise across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work Central Time Zone (CST) business hours
• Proven ability to successfully close candidates in competitive markets
