[Remote] Senior Full Stack .Net Developer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. A-1 Industries is a company that builds Viper Management Solutions™, software essential for manufacturers to manage scheduling, labor, and production operations. They are seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer who will design, build, and support features within the Viper platform, while taking ownership of complex production systems and making architectural decisions.
Responsibilities
- Designing, building, and supporting full-lifecycle features within the Viper platform
- Developing backend services using C#, .NET Core, RESTful Web APIs, and SQL Server
- Building and maintaining front-end functionality using Angular
- Working in Azure-hosted environments supporting real production workloads
- Owning large initiatives from design through implementation, release, and long-term support
- Improving system performance, scalability, and reliability while reducing technical debt
- Evaluating architectural approaches, documenting decisions, and executing with accountability
- Collaborating closely with other senior engineers, product, and internal teams
- Leading testing and validation efforts and producing clear technical documentation
- Supporting releases and deployments as needed
- Mentoring other developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and example
Skills
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Highly proficient with C#, .NET Core, Web API, and SQL Server
- Hands-on experience with Angular or a comparable modern front-end framework
- Experience with large, long-lived systems that serve real users in production
- Comfortable making architectural decisions and standing behind them
- Ability to balance building new functionality with improving existing systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent experience required
- Experience with manufacturing systems, ERP software, or operational platforms is a strong advantage
