[Remote] Sales Recruiter

Engage2Excel Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced High-Volume Sales Recruiter to support ongoing sales hiring for a single client organization. This fully remote contract role focuses on managing the complete recruiting lifecycle for various sales positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a strong candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruiting lifecycle for sales roles, from intake through offer acceptance
- Recruit for a variety of sales positions, which may include inside sales, field sales, account executives, business development, and sales leadership
- Proactively source, engage, and assess sales candidates using outbound and inbound strategies
- Lead intake and calibration discussions to understand role requirements and success criteria
- Provide timely candidate updates, feedback, and recommendations
- Serve as a consultative recruiting partner throughout the hiring process
- Engage candidates with clear, professional, and timely communication
- Guide candidates through interviews and next steps with transparency
- Balance speed and quality in a fast‑moving environment
- Support hiring activity across multiple U.S. time zones, adjusting schedules as needed
- Manage priorities independently while staying aligned with hiring goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and recruiting activity within the ATS
Skills
- Proven experience recruiting sales professionals across a range of roles and seniority levels
- Strong full‑life‑cycle recruiting capability
- Ability to evaluate sales talent beyond resumes—skills, behaviors, and motivation
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
- Experience using Greenhouse (ATS)
- Background in agency or contract recruiting
- Experience supporting fast‑paced or high‑priority hiring initiatives
- Comfort working with stakeholders across different time zones
