[Remote] Revenue Cycle Project Manager -3352

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead and execute projects within a healthcare environment, focusing on Revenue Cycle operations. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities from initiation through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Track and monitor project progress and performance
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Track and forecast project financials
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, and issues
• Collaborate with third-party vendors, internal teams, and managed service partners
• Facilitate virtual project meetings and discussions

Skills

• Proven experience as a Healthcare IT Project Manager
• Hands-on project management experience required
• Experience with Revenue Cycle processes required
• Bachelor's degree required (technical field preferred, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to monitor project progress, manage risks/issues, and escalate when necessary
• ServiceNow experience
• PMI or PMP certification strongly preferred
• Middle Revenue Cycle / Coding project management experience a plus
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
