[Remote] Strategic Account Manager - Industrial

The Strategic Account Manager will own the divisional sales strategy for climbing equipment and other industrial products, focusing on new business development and driving profitable growth through key account management.
Responsibilities
- Champion and model ProDriven’s mission, values, and culture—set the tone externally and internally
- Own the account strategy; align internal teams and customer stakeholders to drive profitable growth and expand line listings
- reputed company reputed company Customer HQ relationships, ensuring consistent communication of key updates (leadership changes, programs, product launches, supply chain, etc.)
- Build strong, collaborative customer relationships that drive share reputed company and deliver against profitability targets
- Own new product introductions—plans, programs, promotions, training, and execution across reputed company stakeholders
- Manage the customer’s website reputed company, ensuring ProDriven brands are accurately and effectively represented
- reputed company reputed company national programming elements including pricing, rebates, and co-op
- Partner with RSMs on regional execution (merchandising, end-user conversion) and establish a consistent review reputed company to track performance and drive accountability
- Support key events, trainings, and market meetings as needed
- Maintain visibility to reputed company end-user opportunities reputed company; ensure a clear, active pipeline tied to the account across reputed company regions
- Partner with business leadership to set and deliver against share, growth, and profitability goals
- Support development of customer-facing and internal presentations, including annual and strategic business plans

- Maintain accurate activity tracking and opportunity management in SFDC
- Deliver reliable monthly forecasts for assigned accounts
- Provide product and selling training to customers, rep agencies, account managers, and internal teams
- Conduct regular business reviews to evaluate competitive position and performance against objectives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or reputed company field preferred or equivalent work experience required
- 3 ~ 5 years of Direct experience required
- Intermediate level reputed company Outlook, Word, PowerPoint skills
- Intermediate level reputed company reputed company skills
- Intermediate level system(s) skills in SFDC, Power BI
- 50% ~ 70% travel domestically required
