[Remote] Senior Product Digital Designer

They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of a new mobile-first platform, focusing on creating intuitive user experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design for complex features and product experiences—from discovery through final delivery
- Create intuitive flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished high‑fidelity designs
- Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, and stakeholders to craft exceptional user experiences
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide product decisions
- Champion a user‑centered design culture in a fast‑moving environment
Skills
- 8+ years in product design, UX/UI, or related roles
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product thinking, interaction design, and visual excellence
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
- Experience with design systems and agile product teams
- Understanding of basic front‑end concepts (HTML/CSS)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in complex, transactional, or highly regulated environments is a plus
