[Remote] Regional Account Director
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. mymediset is a leading provider of innovative SaaS software solutions for the MedTech / medical device industry. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Account Director to drive revenue growth by building relationships with MedTech companies and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and drive your own pipeline
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the US MedTech industry
- Identify and engage with medical device manufacturers and distributors
- Leverage your knowledge of SAP systems to address client challenges related to MedTech loan and consignment, inventory management and order processing in an SAP environment
- Collaborate closely with the SAP and/or system integrator sales teams
- Present and sell SaaS-based solutions tailored to the needs of MedTech OEMs and their distributors
- Demonstrate expertise in consignment inventory models, providing insights on how they can benefit clients’ supply chain operations
- Act as a trusted advisor by delivering consultative sales approaches that align with client goals
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving clinical, administrative, and IT teams
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and solution alignment
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies within MedTech and healthcare IT in general
Skills
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience in the MedTech industry, or healthcare industry
- Understanding of SAP supply chain and order management systems in a sales operational or consulting delivery capacity
- SaaS Knowledge: Proven ability to sell or work with SaaS-based solutions
- Consignment Inventory Experience: Familiarity with consignment inventory models and their application in the MedTech sector
- Consultative Selling: Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand client pain points and deliver tailored solutions
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex technical solutions
- Existing network within the MedTech, or healthcare industry
- Experience working with CRM tools
- Ability to work and stage deals to close on the planned month/quarter
- Adaptable to the myriad of challenges each day can present
