[Remote] Prisma Access Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Entelligence is seeking a Prisma Access Engineer to support their Customer’s clients. The role involves providing technical support, managing support cases, and participating in technical discussions to enhance cybersecurity and product quality.
Responsibilities
- Provide Technical Support to customers and partners
- Provide configurations, troubleshooting, and best practices to customers
- Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
- Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues
- Publish Technical Support Bulletins and other technical documentation in the Knowledge Base
- Review of technical documentation for training materials, technical marketing collateral, manuals, troubleshooting guides, etc
Skills
- Hands-on experience with Prisma Access deployment
- Application Performance Monitoring expertise – Response time metrics, Application identification
- Packet capture analysis / fault isolation and remediation
- In-depth knowledge and deployment experience of Remote Access technologies
- Network Security experience (IPS/IDS, ZBFW, NGFW)
- In-depth IP Routing protocol expertise (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
- Implementation of Legacy WAN solutions (MPLS, Leased Line, Frame Relay, Satellite, Internet VPN, ECMP, DMVPN)
- Desire to learn on your feet and thrive on the bleeding edge of networking
