Responsibilities
- Connect daily with members to assess their insurance needs
- Offer personalized supplemental insurance solutions that fit their goals
- Guide members through applications with care and professionalism
- Provide ongoing policy support, including reviews and claims assistance
- Uphold compliance standards to foster trust and transparency
Skills
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
- A self-starter mindset and a passion for exceeding goals
- Tech-savviness and organizational skills to thrive remotely
- Problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented approach
- Eligibility to obtain a Life Insurance License
- You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
- Sales experience (a bonus, but we're happy to train the right candidates)
